The 3rd Annual Operation Smoke Sheaux 2023 will be held March 18th at Poche’s RV & Fish Park in Breaux Bridge.

ALL proceeds benefit local Veterans Organizations!

I was contacted by The Food Network in November of last year and we have been working with them to be featured in one of their BBQ TV shows in 2023. 

We have 60 teams signed up and our goal is to give $10,000 to the teams for prize money and $10,000 to the SVO and other local Veteran Organizations.

The park is 100% full and we are expecting a huge crowd. 

We provide pulled pork sliders for the public and we also get all of the remaining BBQ from the teams to be served as samples after they turn in their Ribs and Brisket to the judges – so everyone gets to sample real BBQ!
