If you are a Saints fan, did you a feeling that Drew Brees wasn’t playing to his full potential this season? Fans were talking about his age, some speculated other injuries….well those speculations were put to rest in a recent Instagram post from Drew’s wife Brittany.

Here’s what we knew about Drew this season, he fractured 11 ribs and suffered a collapsed lung in mid-November….but there’s more. Brees also drew criticism from fans and analysts for not getting the ball down the field this season…we now know why.

WWL Reporter Andrew Doak tweeted about a Brittany Brees Inst post.  Brittany said that in addition to Drew’s rib and lung injuries, he played this season with a torn rotator cuff and a torn fascia in his foot.

Drew is a tough guy and has been through a lot in his NFL career.  Knowing this, do you believe he will retire from the NFL?
